The KL-3500 series includes multiple models: KL-3500S (dual worktables), KL-3500DW (large worktable), KL-3530 (single worktable), KL-3530S (single worktable large), and KL-3500WII (single worktable extra-large). Each offers different work areas to match your production needs.
Maximum PCB size varies by model: KL-3500 handles up to 300×330mm, KL-3500DW up to 420×480mm, KL-3500II up to 360×310mm, and KL-3500WII up to 450×500mm. The DW and WII models offer significantly larger work areas.
The KL-3500 achieves ±0.01mm positioning/repeat accuracy and ±0.05mm cutting precision. With spindle speeds up to 60,000 RPM and tool diameters of 0.8-3.0mm, it delivers clean, precise cuts with minimal stress.
