UV laser depaneling produces zero mechanical stress (non-contact cutting). Curve routing also offers very low stress. Both are ideal for flex circuits and boards with sensitive components.
Inline machines integrate into SMT lines with automatic loading/unloading for high-volume 24/7 production. Offline machines require manual loading, better for batch production and R&D environments.
